Our Services

NEW HOMES

PRDNJ has 30 years of experience constructing new homes. We work with homeowners and developers and understand not only the building process, but also residential land use, zoning, and finance in respect to new home construction. Starting a new home with our Design + Build approach limits initial costs and clarifies the project for the Project Owner, Architects, Sub-Contractors, Neighbors and Municipalities.

INTERIOR REMODELING

PRDNJ recognizes each homeowner’s taste and functional needs are different. Our Design + Build process takes a listen and discover approach. Our ability to understand your expected outcome, enables us to identify the proper Architect, Subcontractors and Materials who can bring your remodeling project from concept to completion.

COMMERCIAL

PRDNJ works with tenants and commercial landlords to develop Design + Build plans meeting budget requirements and timing constraints while honoring the functional and aesthetic goals of the project.
